lol I would of done something about it back in June lol
XiZBiT Thanks this. -
Suing would be about your only recourse unless you can talk to them and inform them that if they don't pay that you are going to take legal actions and they will be liable for any legal expensive
Or if you pull their trailer you can sell the tires and tell them someone stole them while you was sleep and they stole all the freight too. But I would not advise this -
Sounds like they pay you when they get paid. Not the best way to go. You can always hold a loaded trailer hostage until they send you a Com check immediately.
-
I like that one.

You leave the yard with a load. You call them up with the exact figure they owe you. Tell them they have 4hrs to load you money onto a fuel or pay you in a comcheck or you will be tearing the truck and trailer down selling for parts until you have the amount you are owed. Once you've made your money you'll call them and tell them where the remains of the truck are. Then you never look back. Do not continue to work for an outfit that doesn't pay.

Working for someone since June and never getting paid. 3 months without a check, this has to be a joke or you need a lot more help then you can get hear. If I didn't get my first check I would be trucking back to the yard. Their are always ways to get your money if it is due to you.

ya I didn't touch this question because it's smells too fishy to me
-
Thanks for replies.
What's meaning of fishy? Is it mean that you can not trust this situation? It is true. Please seriously help me. I will see him on monday morning.
What I am really upset is that I have to follow him anyway to get the load.
For example,
I have to go trip without informing how much I can get paid for this trip.
Mostly scheduled that I have to leave 9:00 pm from surrey BC yard and have to arrive LA CA at the day after tomorrow 7am. (about 32 hours). Then, after unload I have to go immediately without 10 hours rest. So, I have to re-draw almost 15 pages of log book per a trip.
On insurance paper, my annual amount is about $6800 (volvo 07 $50,000 value). However, he charge me $950/month. I do not know why? Whatever he saying is a rule.
Please advise me any canadian organization can help me or way that I can get money from him seriously. -
SERIOUSLY. Take the #### truck apart and start selling that beech for parts till they pay up. I wasn't kidding that's exactly what I would do. I did threaten to sell a brand new set of drive tires for $483 once. And that was with US Xpress. I got my money in less than an hour, imagine that. This guy is charging you $950/wk and you don't know why. WHY? You haven't asked? I'd be ###### if I'd let my boss charge me a dime without an explanation. You've got to grow a back bone and stand up for yourself.
Maybe call OOIDA, I think they have a Canadian division. That's all I got for you dude. Oh and one more piece of advice. STOP WORKING FOR FREE.Beechvtail Thanks this.
