    The motor does not even warm up when loaded, except pulling one hill, steep grade, usually in 7th gear about 30mph. I'll block the grille for now.
    Had another issue, one of the small hoses from the surge tank on top of the radiator blew out. Low coolant light came on, pulled over saw coolant all over motor and where it was coming from. I put it back in and put the little clip back on. Added 2 gallons of coolant. I don't think the clip was installed properly from the repairs, but not sure if surge tank has to be removed for thermostat. I put wire ties on it to hold it in place.

    I agree. I have yet to replace a SCR catalyst to fix low conversion efficiency codes. I know people that have replaced catalyst and codes persist. Detroit one box is another story. To the OP, hopefully you can make some money with this Volvo emissions motor eventually. They seem to have never ending engine lights.

    I was doing pretty good, until the last month.
    Dealer tech ran SCR evaluation test, "all were below 80%, meaning SCR failed, needs replaced".
    It used to get up to 185 or so and stay there.
    I'll be pretty happy if I can stay out of the shop for a couple months.

    Hi, I have a KW T680 2014 with some after treatment issues. I replaced the DpF filter a month ago and since then is has been just problems. Now I have my check engine with the wrench light on and a code 1 95 1 95 5655 5655 and repeats. On a simple diagnostic some mechanic told me it was the outlet Knox sensor that needed to be replaced, but what I have read is that this code has to do with the efficiency, so I’m afraid that the sensor Could be fine and is the one that is sending the info that my after treatment is nos properly working. Please help me out I have already had to ride two tow trucks because a Derate and really need to fix my problem
