Well i can tell you from a company drivers view as well as a lease driver for valley that i never seen anyone get burned that wasn't messing up somehow, brad is a fair boss and a very nice guy. as a lease driver yes you are responsible for the maintenence on the truck, but i also had some repairs that were a bit pricey and did not have the money up front to pay for it and they fronted me the money and deducted from my settlements so as long as you do your job and are not an idiot this company will stand behind you, unfortunately i am not able to be on the road right now or i would still be driving for valley, i loved working for and with this company

Just curious... to the OP, if you are really that displeased with this company, Valley Transportation... why did you hoose Valley as part of your screen name... isnt that like dumping someone cause they are a loser, then tatoo their name on your arm...

If things didnt go well for you at this company, take what you can with you, chalk it up as a learning experience... for yourself and your futures, it would be wise to focus more on your faults, mistakes you made and figure out how to do better... if you focus on the companies shortcomings then you will take your garbage with you and make the same mistakes...

I work for a company that get bashed on a daily basis... even though things are good for me with this company... so, for those of you who stood up for your company thnks... all too often we only here from the ones that got fired, or whatever and so it creates a lopsided perspective...

 

if anyone has any experience with valley out of grand meadow could u please msg me. I'm trying to find out info on them & on here is not a lot. any info from a current or recent driver would greatly be appreciated

Oh, I don't know, sometimes it's somewhere north of a million dollars, other times a buck 2.80 is fine. Too many variables come into play.
