    Well, Yes, the ripple effect of stay at home orders and the non essential business closures.

    stay at home orders have shut down a major portion of companies who also have demand for trucks to come. Chicago flatbed 250 mile radius had 62 loads today, normally 200-500. Too many people at home scared watching the news and their fake statistics and not working.
