Man, best of luck in Tampa area. They will hire you as an o/o, got your own truck ? Can hauling doesn't pay squat down there last I knew, maybe its changed for the better, doubt it.....Check phone book for companies, or park across the gate and see what companies are hauling out of there. Best of luck, you may need it !!

if this is a good venture then i will pickup my own truck and start as a o/o i was thinking of going to jax port and see who hauls out of there i know tampa port is kinda dead now. i live prob 3 hours from jax.

How was it at Roadmaster's school? I'm looking for a school in the the northeast.

I agree. Go sit outside the gates, see who is going in and out, write down the names of the companies and pick up the phone. But don't go out and buy a truck before you know what you are getting into. I promise you.... you would be setting yourself for failure. -
Good luck on finding what you want. I went to road master in OH, they didn't have the best pad to practice on. But it got the job done, people was great. My trainer was a dork but he was cool. I would suggest looking into funding depending on where your at, maybe threw your college. I paid a pretty good bit for my plastic in my pocket, but i had to make a move and make it quick
chirp63 Thanks this.
