Help!!! Chasing whining sound Cat C15 Acert

Yes, it is dying but I removed both belts and checked everything , sound is still there , it does not go away. As alternator us dying I m keeping new one in can for emergency.

 

Hello Oscar , I doubt water pump or from crank damper area, is there is way to check,
Turbos are fine , no air leak , no exhaust leaks , no pulley or idler pulley, no fan hub , opened valve cover yesterday looks fine, I do hear growling noise standing left of damper
I have minor pin hole leak near coolant filler cap, saw few coolant drops on steel line goes to after cooler.
