Parasitic draw? Pete 589

    And what if it is warm in the morning? Does that mean I need new cables? Kill switch? Btw my kill switch is on the positive post, I've been reading alot of fourms say to always have kill switch on negative, atleast for cars, dont know if it applies to semi

    Do you mean the alternator he mentioned?
    If it is warm in the morning the windings are energized. Alternator is bad. However should be cut out by your battery cut out.

    Everything heavy I have ever seen breaks positive side, not ground.

    Again I say retrace your wires to the batts. You have something still hooked up that doesnt go through your main disconnect.
