The guy is a businessman, can’t fault him for that. People basically pay him to hear don’t eat sugar or carbs and stay away from processed foods. And they used to pay him to hear drive slower and get better fuel mileage. Meanwhile I’m over here trying to think of something people will pay me to hear that should already be common knowledge.
