They're issued by customer service if something goes awry and the agent requests it.
Stuff like JIT load being late, and no communication.
What happened? Just couldn't get out of bed.
That's not gonna fly.
If someone just shines on a load, books a better load after committing to another one, that will definitely get you one.
What companies beside Landstar are good to work for but are similar.

That was the one thing that was bad at my old company.
You step on the brakes hauling an empty on the farm because the Mexican manure mover on his tractor came flying around the he corner in the dark counted as a HardBrake. -
