I bet the owner of that truck wash wishes he just let it go now... A loss of less than $70 just turned into a several hundred dollar loss, with the potential to become several thousand dollar loss once the courts are done with him. Some people are so stupid.

this is the first sentence of a narrative in the link, apparently authored by the Pasco Washington Police Dept:
STOP MAKING IT WORSE. First off, we are not using names in this post, but there is a lesson to be learned here, one police officers have known for generations: No matter how bad it is, it can always get worse. Stop making it worse.
OK, Pasco Police Dept. You can stop making it worse by being so politically correct that you refuse to use the word "allegedly" and them name the owner and name of the truck wash. How, as a driver, am I supposed to "stop making it worse", when you won't give me the name of the business to avoid. This could easily happen again, and the driver might not be so cool about it, some one might get hurt.Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this. -

The driver pays beforehand to only have
His truck washed and tips the employees 40
Dollars in cash at the sametime.
Who tips a truck wash 40 bucks for anything.
That's more than what it cost to wash the tractor.
He could have gotten both of them done with
The other 40 bucks.
Either the employees were so happy to get
A forty dollar tip, that they done the trailer for free
Or there's something crooked that's been going
On at this place.
None of this makes any sense over 70 bucks.Flat Earth Trucker and LoSt_AgAiN Thank this. -
"You want me to clean your fuel tanks bossman?"

Doesn't sound very ALLEGED to me when he is caught in the act by the arresting officers.
I know.. I know.
Due Process.
Semantics.
Most of that fuel can be salvaged if someone with common sense does the siphoning.(correct me kindly if I'm wrong)
They tend to separate themselves somewhat. -
