Is the issue who should remove the placards after unloading? I am a bit confused here. Are we talking vans?
My answer is : whoever will get in trouble first. On the road that will be the driver. In the yard that will be the company. Take your pick. Right? -

This is what some stooge left me a few weeks ago.
Trailer was preloaded with a type of food when I got it.
Any, or each of those counts as an improperly placarded load if i pull it onto the street.
Just under an hour to scrape them off.
