Scania 124 L 470 turbocompound bypass

Hey there I have 124l 470 scania 2002 automatic transmission.Till I changed oil and filters the truck worked fine know truck have issues.when I start the truck and touch the accelerator the truck keep boosting itself and does not shut off.I bought the new shut-off valve and fuel pressure sensor I can shut the truck off but the same problem and the truck has a terrible knock sound.I checked the truck with computer and it says the same. Please help
