I got 10 fault codes:
639_14 A. 5 with this number
241.254
228.254
4:240
255:254
192:254
2023-14p. 150:1 and 150:2 and 150:9
25:2. 612_14p. And 1:240. 639_14p
Any pointers will be appreciated.
2005 dt 466 fault codes. Anybody familiar with them

Looks like you are reading those from the cluster LCD display. Those are all body controller related with a lot of gibberish. 639-14 is datalink communication time out faults. 2023-14 is cluster losing communication with the engine. The codes you get from the cluster really shouldn't be used for troubleshooting and you need to get it properly scanned. Anything with a "p" after it is inactive. "A" is an active code. Not all active codes mean there is problem when the body controller is reporting it. This is why you need to get it properly scanned.

Correct, truck still doesn’t run. Was hoping for a lead where to look. Some are irrelevant yes.

During cranking, if you do not see any engine speed on the tach, the engine ecm may not be booting up at key on based on the codes you have there.

That one stays on zero yes. Mechanic ended up with a defective ipr valve what didn’t got power also. But if the ecm doesn’t get power that valve doesn’t get power either

The ecm controls the ground side. The ipr gets 12 volts at key on from the same source as the throttle pedal. So 12 volts there doesn't mean the ecm is powered up. Check the main 40 amp fuse at the batteries and connections. Follow the harness up to the engine and check for any spots where it is rubbed through. There is another connection near the starter that may be corroded or melted.

I followed the wiring up to the starter. But not what is on top of the starter yet. I am getting a guy with a laptop first

If this is for a DT466 the correct answer for shutting off while driving and stahling & 6 out of 10 of the times it will be (MILLION DOLLAR REPAIR VALUE ANSWER). IDM RELAY.
- its not your injectors
- its not the fuel filter
- its not the ICP, IDP, high pressure pump
- its not crank shaft sensor
- its not the manual pump
- its not air in fuel lines
UNDER THE HOOD FUSE BOX PULL OUT THE IDM RELAY, replace with New & buy a dozen cause your not home free yet. whatever is shorting it out or power surging the relay IS THE PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED, but my solution will save you thousands of $ in parts, labor, tow, loss of work, embarrasment
