That option from Holland has been around since the late sixties but the timer with dynamite hasn’t.

 

Mack offered as an short lived option in the late ‘60’s on Holland wheels. There was Holland advertisements for it in OverDrive magazine back then. It never caught on until recently. Maybe outlawed back then and allowed now but I’ve never seen it mentioned in a reg. anywhere.

 

And not to mention most don’t have a cross member- end cap on frames anymore. The Paccars that do are aluminum and the pin will most likely rip thru it.

I always ignored their warning and I always tried it at home without a profeesional stunt double and it never worked. Lol!

 

You must’ve had enough sense to try small stuff since you still made it to warn us.

 

Yes I survived because on the big stuff I’d hire some of the younger kids around the area or cousins to try them. So technically I did use a stunt double but I think the loop hole on that is they were not “professionally trained” stuntmen. Lol!

 

Maybe another option would be under floor cyanide gas tanks and spray nozzles in and around the outside of trailer.

 

Just don't award the design and manufacturing contract for these devices to ACME and you'll be ok
