On "cereal for dinner" nights we often do salsa, sour cream, shredded chedder and crushed up tortilla chips mixed up in a bowl and eaten with a spoon. Its hard to stop.
A lazy dinner pot i make when theres a few hotdogs left, an onion stub about to go dry and a few remaining scraps of 'is it still good?' bacon or ham or whatever... is a can of southwest beans, tricolor beans, pinto beans etc.. can of corn, can of green beans, can of tomato sauce or stewed tomatoes.. Squirt of minced garlic, yellow mustard, shot of honey, onion powder, salt pepper steak seasoning whatever.. Toss in the charred bacon and onion/hotdog chunks from the frying pan and boil it up. Leftover roundup. Never goes to waste.

Sitting just south of Minneapolis, arguing with myself. Albert Lea for the weekend, or bounce 667 mi to the house. It's getting pretty heated, might even come to fisticuffs if someone don't watch their mouth.

Thank you Sir, The plant laid off over 100 hourly workers, and fired 62 salary workers. It’s slow going going right now but they do have work, but according to the crane operator they don’t have the man power now to get it ready for us to deliver...,
Another company I do work for called today, needing a fusion Mack or delivered to Richmond Virginia. It would fit in a pickup and pay as much or more as this Kenworth lol. But I can’t drive 2 trucks at once, at least the phones are slowly starting to ring again....rda2580, jamespmack, dwells40 and 13 others Thank this. -
If I am empty and I can make it home within my 11hr driving period I'm going home. Have a good weekend either way brother!jamespmack, singlescrewshaker, Lostkeys and 7 others Thank this.
