I don’t like big government honestly. The truckers just need to learn negotiating and let the weak ones die off. But while we’re here should also push for shippers and receivers known to blow your 14 hour clocks (*cough* Walmart *cough*) to provide secure parking if you’re held longer than 3 hours .

    D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

You are correct about the weak ones going broke and going away. But the government telling private property owners what to do is a road we don't want to go down.

    jsnell and Cattleman84 Thank this.

I think there is, every truck drivers wife is now a broker. I know plenty of drivers who sold a truck to start why haul freight if you could make the same of the load without the expense headaches and liability.

I have been reading your posts for honestly, Nobroker, I don't believe you. I also don't think you have ever had to find a customer on your own.

With my attitude I'm sure it is hard to believe. I call on crap loads just to tell them they suck.

This is it, simply stop taking cheap freight and when it’s needed to be moved but can’t be, the rate will have to rise.
