I wish I did, but it seams we are both having trouble getting our feet in the door. You could always sale the Dodge and put the money in to the truck![]()

Can't sell the Dodge, need it for work stuff and regular things. Like getting farm and animal supplies. And it's broken right now anyway...
-
And it's broken right now anyway..... That is why I said sale it....lol. I readed in the thread that you used it for your day job until it broke. How is the big truck coming along? I like the new head lights, they look great on your truck.

We have a kid in our church, this solid little country boy that has a jacked up F-350 he pulls a horse trailer back and forth to places as far as Colorado - makes money hand over fist. I guess it's about who you know. But I don't know if it's enough to replace/rebuild that truck when it's time; we'll see. And he does it with big mud level AT tires on it - says he needs them where he goes.

I could be hauling horses too, have all the equipment. But I've never been into hauling horses that weren't mine or a friend's. Way too much liability if you're taking horses that have any value to them. The other thing is that there is risk involved. Don't know if you've ever been around one that's pitched a fit in a trailer but they can tear one up in nothing flat and hurt themselves in the process. And you, if you try to stop or help them. Not making excuses but those are reasons why I don't. However, I do have a trainer friend who has a nine horse van and no tractor. If the Pete is up, plated, and insured next show season I can pull his horses to shows. Your friend at church is probably making money and that's great. I worry too much lol.

Thought I'd better do a little updating here... The little big blue truck is parked for the time being. I've been driving a big blue 2010 KW 660 for the past three weeks. It's a treat to drive. Left Ohio on the 7th of October and got back last night. I've been all over the west coast and western US running as a team operation. It's been some fun and a lot of hard work. I've learned a lot and was fortunately able to see areas of the country I'd never seen. All through a windshield of course. Home for some days to take care of some family issues then hopefully back out again.
Take care all!

Sweet! A brand spankin' new rig. I bet it was a treat.
Be careful out there! -
The truck had less than 48,000 miles on it when I got on. All the bells and whistles on it. Pretty neat.
You take care too! -
You're gonna be spoiled now!
-
spoiled isnt the word for it... I will say that there is a lot of things on there that are a luxury compared to the little truck. Things like storage areas and being able to completely stand up in the bunk area. LOL now that's a treat. Anyway, I can't wait to go back out except I am not a winter person and hate bad roads. But, I have to learn so that's not an option at this point.
