Yeah, I'll pass on the Johnsonville. They might be ok when they're fresh, but you just can't freeze a brat and have it be good afterwards. You gotta get brats fresh. Don't even get me started on those barbarians that boil them. You don't freeze meat and you don't boil meat... ever... period!!

Good pizza is about the only positive thing that the FIBs have added to WI. Get outta Chitcago and move to God's Country and open a pizza joint.

The main problem with WI is that all of the best places to live don't have many good jobs anymore.

 

I boil my brats in a dark beer and onions before I grill them. There was a little country store in Monticello by my house named Gemplers. They made all there own sausage and called it alpine boy or something like that. those were the best brats. I actually prefer sweet italians over brats so sue me.

 

ok i must admit since i dont drink any more,i probibly missed out on some good suds,but as for the food i was there long enough to grab some well needed sleep and a homemade omellte to order at a mom and pop place and i must say it was pretty #### good compared to some choke and pukes around the truckstopslol big time burned out on burgers and fried chicken lol,think im about ready to grow feathers but the place i sware is just gods country,but to #### cold for me lol,i did ask one of the guys what they did for excitement besides freeze their butts off in the winter and he said when theres no work we hunt ,ice fish and go to the bar lol,now not to sound stupid here but,imtrying to understand this,???????ok its freaking 32 degrees or lower out side and you are just short of hypothermia,and been out in the elements for several hours and then you go to a bar and drink seveal (cold) key word here beers,that have been sitting in a cooler or outside in the snow ,,,,,,,and didnt catch any #### fish!!!!!!!!!!??????? this is like going to a house of illreput and have a fist full of hundreds but cant bring yourself to do it ?????????????????

 

jarhead,i wouldnt worrie about ,the oil and antifreeze and gladhands and rubber just yet ,what i would be posting is pics or a vidio of fiberglass repair for peterbuilts and how it is applyed ,or you just could get one of the guys to do a proper vidio of how to pull under an awguer,and how not to open ones roof like a sardine cangots love those instructional vidios roflmao!!!!!!

 

well 5 mouths seemed we both learned something from your exspirence!!!!one t/a is useless when it comes to a real problem,learned that in jacksonville with my clutch and fixed the #### thing myself,2)the weight factor of each hole on your truck and what a differnce it makes,so now you learned some tricks a hopefully you wont have to shovel to much anymorecause you met me and i will tell you this i did my time on the other end of a shovel and all my shovels come with hydrolics now ,and if it needs shoveling ,theres plenty of illeagles that will dig to china for some beer and burritos

Monticello is in a beautiful area. We used to go to Gov. Dodge State Park in high school.
