I window type air conditioner went out. It's actually in the wall. 230V20amp plug.
Ill either have to special order a unit or....
Could buy another portable air conditioner. I have one. The two would do the house well. I really don't want to stick a window air conditioner in a window. I'd rather have that small opening from a portable. Also easy to remove when I leave.
Another possibility..... Evaporative cooler. One portable Honeywell seems ok. I really like swamp coolers. Very enjoyable in the desert. But in my experience. Smaller ones ain't very good. Want something with lotsa air movement. ??? I'm not sure. Considering buying two of these. One for bedroom when I sleep. They only use 100 watts each.
I'm not sure.Last edited: Jun 12, 2020
