Came out of semi-retirement again yesterday. Load up and back netted $3,200 on 1,175 miles.

    That's more like it.

Good deal, man. I'm noticing rates trending back upwards, again, as well. I just paid $1500 on $1600 in to the customer on one that a month ago I was moving for $1300 a month ago, and was practically flying off the shelf at that. So, generally good news, even if I didn't make as much as expected on it.

Since the $2.00 a mile "pot of gold" thread has come to a grinding halt, I thought I'd share some hard hitting news from CHAZ.

Turns out a guy was trying to remove the CHAZ street sign because he felt like the BLM vibe was being co-opted by the Antifa crowd, they start jostling over the extension ladder and can't even figure out how to slide the extension part down LOL.

Someone yells out, "Is anyone in charge?"

You can't make this stuff up! https://twitter.com/Julio_Rosas11/status/1271696092871028736?s=19

Julio documents another event where they had to cancel a game of dodge ball, because someone got roughed up! :)

Looks like a bunch of white folks arguing over who cares more about black lives. Hypocrites, all of them.

I would send them to concentration camps and let them go through 1 year of humility course. It would make up some for what their parents failed to do.
This is the outcome of this Covid-19 BS. A few months of nothing to do for those pricks and all this chaos. I just want to turn all the stuff off and stay secluded from all this noise.

It is all scary... Runs for guns, runs for ammo. Even when you go to the range you see so many of odd looking people - who probably have never thought of coming to places like that. My wife has been waiting for her FOID card almost 4 months now. They are so backed up in Illinois with new applications. They even started to limit boxes of 9mm range ammo for target practicing! Those gun stores owners must be having time of their lives. Sort of like 4 dol a mile times for us. At the same time they want to defund police. JEEZ!

I had a broker call Tuesday looking for a truck with a bulkhead, but we couldn’t get together on a price. He called again Thursday, but I was already home.
Hopefully I’ll be able to get the deal closed next time.

PPLC and Scooter Jones Thank this.

And also when the government pays you money for nothing. Just think what would happen if the gov decided to take that money away after them getting used to it. Riots in the streets?
