I had sort of the same thing happen and the only way I could move the truck
was by engaging that differential. I forgot how it was explained to me but if your
truck moves with that engaged then one of your rears are gone.

Did you check your air lines to the tranny to see if any are broke or leaking?
Could be when you took out the stick and put it back in, it got out of adjustment or broke again and wont engage the dogs.
I'd pull the stick again and look around inside there.
I'm 99% sure its your stick. Probably going to have to get yourself a new one.Last edited: Sep 20, 2009

The theory that Rob is hauling cheap freight & hurting others is ludacris. One truck single handedly is killing the hopper market & until he is off the road all will suffer?
The analyst guys are saying about 10% more of the trucks concerning freight of all kinds need to come off the road to raise the rates to livable, versus the current freight volume. However, look around at the mega fleets that have 1,000's of trucks parked in yards around the country. Hmmm, has anyone else felt that benefit?
Hope you can find a fix today Rob & get back to rolling along. -
Rob...I'm not remotely close to you, but I'll do whatever I can to help you out.
