No experience, looking for local job

I know, and this is my problem, but I didnt pay 4500$ to do something I dont want to.
Example is concrete mixer. Silvi in PA they are hiring, but I dont wanna drive concrete mixer truck.
Only yard jockey spotter I found is lazer spot, but this is not gonna be like experience for future job, that way its not worth it to spend here 6 months

 

They have it. But they offer me FFE, werner and 2 small business to drive box truck without benefits (no health,dental,vision...) not after 90 days, they just dont offer it

 

Yes, koolshot is FFE, and recruiter told me if I have CDL they will hire me only for FFE, and they cant hire me for koolshot

 

I wanted to do OTR for a few months, but I want training with trainer for 1 week, max 10 days. And training like that is providing only schneider, but they are not hiring in my area

 

Do you remember his name? What do we now about transam? I see only a lot of negative reviews
