    Every chicago outfit pays 1099 and thats illegal , you can not imagine how many big companies getting class action suits for misclassification of the drivers .

    CEO to shareholders - “Hey lets hire people and work them exactly like employees, but we’ll call them “contractors” instead... avoid any & all payroll taxes, workers comp insurance, & unemployment benefits. Basically, advertise a higher paying wage but forget to mention the zero income tax withholdings, offer no benefits of any kind, put 100% of the operating expense & financial liability onto this “contractor” and do all this while building our business and sending our profits through the roof AND avoid any kind of legal liability or litigation in the process!”

    Shareholders to CEO - “Well, that would be great sir, but who in the world would agree to that?!?”

    CEO - “LMAO, watch this!”
