Have a friend with that set up. D13 with ishift.
Pulls an orange box. 5+ years no major repairs.
He is very disciplined about service. Gets upper mid 8’s on mpg. Do tires count as major service?

 

I’m super scared to ask what. Not sure I want to know. But if it’s the poodle that’s cool. That’s between you and Jesus.

 

Speaking of long trucks... A stretched out Pete parked a few spots away from me the other night... He was pulling a shiny stainless reefer, really nice lookimg setup...

But there must have been nearly 8 feet between the sleeper and the reefer unit!!!

 

@otterinthewater how much weight does that deer guard add to the truck ? Ive been thinking of getting one

I don’t know. It’s pretty heavy when I push it back up after opening the sexy pitbull like aero hood. Maybe 65-70#?
