I guess it depends if your fleet is o/o spec trucks or fleet spec and I have heard horror stories from fleet drivers driving the fleet ones. I have yet to hear a negative complaint on the Intl 9400I or 9200I series. I do agree with Jess that each has their own taste and preferences. For me retail and safety are even.

I drive a 9900I Eagle, still hopeing to get the 9900IX that I convinced them to buy last spring. It is sweet. All the bling, all the power and an 18 speed to boot. Chrome and lights for days lol.
But I mine is sitting in the barn till freight picks up. Maybe that trucks driver will not wait for the call back and I can snatch it up.
All our trucks are OO specs. Full guages, Fridge, Eagle interior package.
Allot has to do with how they are maintained, and the technology. Some of the trucks with the 08 engines from all the companys are having issues. Most of those will be fixed for the 2010 spec ones though. Changes like that take some time to shake the issues out of.

I did not mind my Volvo for storage space. It had plenty.
My last truck was a 9400I Eagle, it had the 72" sleeper and allot of storage space. I was nice and gave that truck up to another driver thats wife rides with him on longer trips and he needed more room. So I the truck I have now has the smaller sleeper and vertually no storage space, after all my tools ect are packed in. Lucky for me I am normally only out 3-4 nights a week, so I can pack light.
To be honest I have not driven a Pro-Star. I just know that I have never had any real issues with the Internationals that I have driven. So I was assuming that they were as high of quality as the ones I have driven over the years. Maybe not though.

Best of luck to you! The internet is slow... seemed to be a little faster in the morning! I tried to find a clean shower while I was there. One had green mold growing down the side. Another looked great... but I quickly found that the water squirted up instead of down... the shower head wasn't connected properly. If you can find a good one... remember and always try to get that one! Watch out for the smashed in sewer cleanout in the T in the hall. It is always wet in that area and I slipped and fell there. (I'm a klutz). My allergies were 10x worse there... so that means the place is full of mold. Sleep well tonight!

They tried to send us to the Arnold Dist in Camp hill instead of home. I was not amused.

Hey, are you still with the squishy truck? That video you sent me of it was unbelievable.

Look at it this way: stick it out for a year, and you can go back to something else if it's not your thing. in a year, you'll have experience, have school paid for, get to see a lot of interstates and warehouses, and at the end of it, you'll know if driving's for you. It could be a lot more money or a lot more time for an investment, so it's not all bad.
