Fld120 expansion valve removal

I would not put locktite or any thread sealer on any o ring,compression, or flare fitting. If anything is warranted, a tiny amount of anti seize on the threads, due to dissimilar metals.

I agree! Put one in my truck. It cools like new here is a picture

On my truck the cover for the evaporator there's a bolt that I can't get to and it's actually behind the dash.

It looks like it's that piece that wraps around the bottom of the dash where the cigarette lighter is and the ashtray and the the coffee holder.

It probably is a good idea to inspect it but how difficult is it to take that piece out?

Is the evaporator difficult to pull out of the sleeper?

This is a 95 fld120 flat top sleeper.

I own 2 fld's. Having trouble visualizing what your describing. It's all in the right passenger pannel footwell. At that age I would replace any and ever part too.
