What kind of engine ? which engine model ? How many miles on it? Are sure after the repair the engine oil level was full? Are you sure the cooling system was clean after the repair ? Ben

Two options.
1) Drive it until explodes, which won't take long.
2) Take it to the dealer, or Cummins or Detroit and let them figure it out. -
Should be the oil cooler but you said you changed that. What transmission do you have? Does it have a trans oil cooler? Most likely it does. It could be that. Same thing will happen.
Is there any coolant in engine oil?
Is there any coolant in transmission? -
For me it was the transmission cooler.

What was your problem with the second truck?
Let me guess. It's been cylinder liners? If those start to leak oil into coolant, you won't find much oil there but steady. A leaking oilcooler is causing a mess.
