Texting, talking NY trucker hits car, pool

I guess his only defense is his stupidity.

Here is what you say. " I was just invovled in an accident and cant think strait, I will answer questions later. If they continue to push you to talk say "I want a Lawyer". Never admit to anything even if its your fault. This guy is probably going to do some county time for being stupid twice. Once for talking and texting at the same time, and the other for telling on himself. If its not a fatality they usally want even investigate into it that deep as in pulling phone records. Make them do some work and prove you guilty dont do it for them.

 

That's a big 10/4, driver.
