I've been to Transwest Brighton for trailer parts, but I haven't had any service work done there, so I can't tell you how good they are, but they are a Freightliner dealer.
I have had my truck worked on at All Fleet Services, and it was a nightmare. They just threw parts at it and ended up towing it to the dealer when they couldn't figure it out, and it ended up being a fuse disconnected from the battery. Part of me wants to give them the benefit of the doubt, since it was a Volvo truck and they dealt mostly with Freightliners, but they had the truck for like 8 weeks and it ended up costing me like $10,000 in parts and labor I didn't need. This was also a few years ago, so maybe they've improved since then.
I've also taken a customer's trailer to JECO, and wasn't too impressed with it. They charged $60 to inflate a tire after a DOT inspection without authorizing the work. This was a few years ago as well, and according to the reviews they have new management now.
Wish I could help more, but I've learned more about places to avoid than places to go. -
Just find a good Shop, doesn’t need to be Freightliner. Freightliner s are so common, any good Shop, will have the needed knowledge.
Opendeckin Thanks this. -
