You can use the stereo system. Local jobs allow a lot of walking.
Mike2633 and hopeful eyes Thank this. -
I listen to Pandora/ Audible all day no problem, as far as exercising during the day that will depend on time frames for loads.
Dino soar, Tb0n3, farmerjohn64 and 2 others Thank this. -
I stop every couple of hours take a walk around the truck. Just make sure you plan for those extra stops you'll be fine. Just don't blare it like some idiots to where you can't hear anything with the truck. Whenever i get close to my destination turn the tunes off so 100% of your attention is on your surroundings. Especially if it's a new place that you haven't been to yet

you can even listen to "books on tapes" or cd's whatever they have these days
you do not want to be watching any sort of tv or movies as you are driving.
yes, you can stop somewhere when you need to.
just try not to stop every hour. make it at the very least 3 to 4 hours, then stop.
the far right lane is for slower traffic. you will be dealing with people coming onto the highway, and they simply do not merge correctly.
you can stay in the second right lane, and cruise.hopeful eyes and LoSt_AgAiN Thank this. -
I listen to satellite radio since the company pays for it. If you use phone to stream music or play podcast or audio books. Just watch out they don't get you for touching phone while driving. That's crazy ticket
Team818, Dino soar, farmerjohn64 and 2 others Thank this.
