I don’t know, there’s a stipulation about existing debt, like credit cards, but must have been after Jan 30th. I just rebuilt my engine, paid for it on Jan 28th. Lol. It can however be used for payroll. I imagine over time, with some planning, a lot of things could be accomplished within the guidelines. Repairs on equipment, seems to not be allowed. That’s a problem, for myself. Tread carefully, I guess. Those two stipulations seems to be in conflict.

If you just pay it back under there terms or better, what difference dose it make what you spend it on?
There is no reason In the world I couldn’t pay back $18k in 30 years so who is going to care what I spent it on?
Now, if my intent was to default and defraud and I was trying to figure out the loopholes so I could get away without paying it back I would be worried.
In 50 years I have never not paid back money I owed anyone. I don’t see that changing unless I’m dead.
If the amount of money I borrowed was to risky for me I would of passed.BoostedTeg, xsetra and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
