    Got with a real estate agent I know from years ago today and my observations are correct in the Omaha/council bluffs area ...if its decent and priced right it's gone!
    Found a house I loved and it went for 10k over asking price in 24 hours ..good thing I'm not in a hurry lol.

    Maybe not the most prolific way to save up money but I have to admit I'm a spender not a saver .
    I keep a maintenance account with Morehouse that I can bump up or down and it's just not as convenient to get at as a debit card .
    Truck is already payed off and just paying off the overhaul and apu .
    Bumped up the account to 20cpm from 10cpm and will pay it off next april put the balance on a house.
