Hey, so my wife is a nurse, and we've talked this over. If you're not spiking a temperature, take some Mucinex and Tylenol for the congestion and pain. Motrin (Ibuprofen) as well if the aches are exceptional.

Maybe your anti-allergy med of choice if you get hayfever. Covid hitting during allergy season is a cruel ####ing joke. Lmfao

Keep an eye on your temp and your breathing. If both things hit at once, go to the hospital. If not, stay at home. No need to catch something at the hospital unnecessarily.

And just stay calm. Don't give yourself a breathing problem freaking out. Half the "covid" patients she sees are panic attacks. Haha
