The best coil rack placement is two on the framerails and two between, or if the coil is wide enough two just outside the frame and two just inside the framerails. Rubber friction mats if steel to steel is recommended.
I found mine at the back of a truckstop where some dry van swept out. I also collected rubber mudflaps that where ripped off by backing into curbs. Cut in strips they protect chains and straps from sharp edges.

Lol. Glad I’m not the only one picking up stray mud flaps. I always feel a little weird even though I’m wearing a rubber glove?

That was a tough deal for @Rontonio

Long story short he spent nearly a month in a hotel waiting for permits and a new route.

I definitely miss pulling a flat bed. Never got to pull anything odd or interesting other than a stacker conveyor dolly. Can't find a pic of it though.

Been struggling with running light issues for a couple days, think I finally got it tracked down?

So figured I would treat myself? 53D157CA-19BA-4A18-BB5A-84E0C118BAB1.jpeg Deliver at 8 am. Then bounce up to CHI for a pickup headed to Eue Clair area Thursday. Pick up right up the street then back to CHI for delivery and pickup headed to Charlotte, SC Monday am delivery.

When you bevel your wood and cut off the corner, you now have a flat surface. It’s both more stable and not as potentially damaging to the product.

On a different note, I personally don’t care for binders in midair. I always liked them lower so the handles could lock against the deck.
