K&B has some pretty bad reviews. People claim they find reason not to may pay the minimum. They seems to do lots of overnight runs. One guy has video about sitting all day then dispatched to run all night. If you like running like that or they seem to switch day run to night runs a lot. The video is on YouTube and even 60 Minutes the TV show did a story about it.

The guys who stayed up for 20 hours playing video games and editing YouTube videos and couldn’t run 300 miles? Yeah I remember himbryan21384 and kylefitzy Thank this.

Yup that him, but he just sleep all night 10 hours. Drivers are not robots. After being up s couple hour they told him go back to sleep 10 more hours or eight. We can't just sleep 16 hours. Then get up and drive all night. We all know it the game they like to play with drivers. Seeing how their dispatcher talks down to their drivers. K&B look like a bad company to drive for unless you can switch from day to all night driving and you enjoy it. I know some guys with factory jobs, they switch what shifts they work all the time. I could never do that.Bakari742 Thanks this.

Go watch the video again, it was just 300 miles to drive not all night. I don’t know about you or Abe Atallah, but anyone who can’t drive 300 miles after been off duty for 20+ hours should find another career path.bryan21384 and kylefitzy Thank this.

I look at Averitt, and I stay out of there hiring range of over 100 miles. I will Call Ashley and see what they have to offer. I stay almost 250 miles from AshleyRideandrepair Thanks this.

One of my biggest issues is, although I have 14 to 18 months of experience, It is all space out. Most of these companies are looking for recent experience or only OTR experience, which I don't have. Worst case, I will work with Schneider or Kllm for a few months up to a year, and then try these companies again.
Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
