I do remember that load.
I remember because I was jealous! I like hauling neat military equipment too, but it been a few years for me..

 

Going with something a little different. Was hard destroying that beautiful piece of beef into cubes, but we'll see..

Garlic steak bites is what she's calling them, caramelize shrooms, & supposed to be some corn floating around somewhere..?

Not sure but I'd guess around 10K. My hopper was supposed to be 10400 and I'm about the same with the box full of equipment.

Them prices you guys was posting earlier sure sound awful high to me. You can get a brand new 53' combo spread for 35k. My oldest and a friend of mine just bought identical trailers a couple months ago.

I ain't telling nobody their business ...do what you want. I'd sure like to see the math to justify the cost of a all aluminum. Trading a combo every couple years with basically no maintenance costs sure sounds like a better deal.

I pencilled out the cost and payout on a aluminum kingpin plate for my hopper and it was 2.5 years and I was trading every two years. That was when I was running ingredients every day making good money.

 

Can't bash the girl, she wanted to try something different.. Pretty darn good to be honest, but next time we'll use a cheap sirloin instead.. Garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flake covers up the meat taste a bit much for me..
