Do you have neck and shoulder pain? It is not fun. Pain goes upto my forehead and eyes sometimes.

I've been in and out of these forums. Which companies have you applied to? I can't remember your situation. I'm sure Chinatown has given you a ton of recommendations. I can tell you from experience his recommendations are good.

    Sorry...couldn't resist...

    ;)

This made me laugh, and is something I'd say.

Far as religion and God an such....I'm not an overly religious fella. Me and the big fella got our understanding...I live my life the best I can, and he doesn't smite me. ;)

Far as blaming God....I'm reminded of that old poem/writing "Footsteps in the sand"...those of you familiar with it forgive me.

You blame him for the injury, do you also praise him for being able to cope with said injury, or for being able to still hustle as you put it? You clearly are healthy enough to want to spend 10 to 14 hours in a truck bouncing down the road. Do you thank him for the ability to do such? Or just continue to blame him? Lots of people pray and make promises before the ground drops out from them. Not so many give praise for being able to survive said struggle.

I won't touch the medication stuff other than to say there are other options besides addictive pills and painkillers. An DC has them as an option.

I spent 30 wonderful(sarcasm) years driving around DC as a resident. Their roads are no less effed up than any other city. Only thing DC has is the random ### one way roads, and dead ends. DC isn't hard to drive in if you know how to read a map.

I wish you luck, and like the others...I'd not spend my chickens before the eggs hatch. ;)

Getting some new lower back pains from the truck I was just put in.
I don't think the seat and I align properly.

A few weeks back I slipped on some spilled fuel while fueling.
Scraped up my right elbow and knee, banged my right shoulder pretty hard and bruised a couple ribs.
My shoulder and chest still hurt, but they are getting better slowly.
Ribs can be a real pain...

Stuff happens, but it is not the result of God doing something to me.

Your lower back pain is because the seat has no lumbar support. Get one from Amazon. Make sure when sit, your spine's natural curve is maintained. I have been driving 15 hour shifts for almost 5 years, and I have no back pain. My current pain is coz of accident. Sorry for your accident. God loves to see people in plain. It gives him this nasty pleasure.

Calling something an accident and then assigning intent is contradictory.

Once you become an atheist you're going to have to come up with a new reason for your pain, because the old one won't exist.

Existance of God and existance of pain is contradiction in itself. If there is God and who is good, then pain shouldnt exist.
