    Blacktop paved with give under pressure more so with heat.

    And just drop in a couple of shipping containers for office/abode.

    Concrete would be nice. But no one will be there that much.

    I found a purrfect spot in Phoenix a year or so ago, was going to put the money in the guys hand when I met him, then he says it just sold.

    Time to watch 'Empire Strikes Back' (again....) and be lazy... tooo dang hot outside to work on stuff....tried at 6 am, for a while, then... nope. :(

    Buy a chunk just outside of town.

    Outline it with 2 to 3 layers of containers for either storage or apartments. All windows and doors face outward.

    Part of the pay for trades people doing the apartment conversion is their rent.

    Leave room in the wall for a truck/trailer to enter. Use one of the containers as an office/person entrance. A couple of the containers would be infrastructure: Water, generator ........
