Its time to hire a driver before your credit tanks, keep the truck moving if you want to stay in trucking.

Goodluck man, theyve screwed me over the phone while i was in NY detained, headed to mass to get more of my stuff. I had a TN drivers license and mass pistol permit. I was TN legal but NY knew mass would help them shove it deeper. Buncha commies.

I missed the return to mass thing, my bad. If you returned to mass, I can see where they have the right to screw with you, but it still seems to be a federal thing, if your record acquired the charges while in Florida and adjuticated in Florida, it seems that mass has no claim to regulating your cdl based on the Florida charges. This is why there is a uniform regulations for the cdl, but that's my position.

Exactly, why I said there's more to the story, As far as the guy telling me to piss off, weve been around long enough to spot a story that does not line up for one, and for two the op should be dealing with a lawyer and handling this in court not on the internet.

Either turn tail, sell your truck and run away or fight those corrupt mf'ers tooth and nail.

Put a driver in that truck, you hire a driver with atleast 2yrs of experience and at the very least a CLEAN mvr, a clean PSP and DAC would be even better, but not 100% necessary. You pay them well, keep that truck rolling and making $.

Then you sue the F out of that communist pig state for causing such a mess. Infact, I'd hire a FL lawyer to sue them in the state of FL and make them come to you. A good lawyer will come up with a # that reflects how much $ a loss of your CDL could cost you over the course of your life. It wont be a small #. This could also go farther that some state court and there's a chance that it should.

We have gotten to a point in our society that the .gov (state and federal) have become too big, powerful and corrupt. Couple this with so many citizens willingly giving up their rights in the guise of safety, that imo we are at a tipping point of something big happening. This is just yet another example of a person being oppressed/punished by a faceless .gov that wants nothing but absolute servitude from its citizens.

Please fight this and fight it hard. Make those pieces of #### be accountable for their actions. Don't roll over and die and let them win.

everyone says hire a driver and pay them well, in this market and year 2 of my business i am barely afloat, i would like to hire a team of drivers, but i dont know where to find them, i have my own mc, i would love to stay home and dispatch, but i cant compete with the big carriers that pay better, even walmart drivers make more than me!
