Prepass you the driver pay for it and you the driver have to fill out the paperwork and submit it then you have a choice of sending prepass a check every month or they(prepass) will automatically deduct it from a debit or credit card.
They only rem. for scales that are dispatched 42,000lbs or heavier.They do not pay you back for anything under 42,000lbs dispached weight on Qcomm.
As a owner op we were as the company drivers when it came to those things.But I don't have to deal with that bs anymore I found a good local job....home every night and off on the weekends.
Best part no longer running my own equip.
