My advise is going to based off the one paragraph I quoted above.
Take that 40-45K job & be home with your kids & lovely wife. You will not make more money then that driving a truck, it's possible... But it will be difficult to get into that company. Plus driving a truck has a way at destroying marriages. Plus those babies need you at home...
