MA, state law states that any driver holding a MA license with 2 previous DUI, private vehicle included, banned for life from obtaining a CDL[/QUOTE]
that is correct,
but i dont hold a mass licence, havent since 2011, current licence is out of florida, and its not the age, mass has a F'd up interpretation of the federal law, which like you said says that anyone CDL, non CDL, or unlicenced driver is banned for life,
Ferderal and FL statues say the duis only count if the driver is a CLP,CDL holder or the conviction involves a CMV see section 5 next post
(
Can any state pull your CDL for dui from 15yr before you got your CDL? They just did!!!!
