MA, state law states that any driver holding a MA license with 2 previous DUI, private vehicle included, banned for life from obtaining a CDL[/QUOTE]
    that is correct,
but i dont hold a mass licence, havent since 2011, current licence is out of florida, and its not the age, mass has a F'd up interpretation of the federal law, which like you said says that anyone CDL, non CDL, or unlicenced driver is banned for life,
Ferderal and FL statues say the duis only count if the driver is a CLP,CDL holder or the conviction involves a CMV see section 5 next post

State law in MA says if you want one of our DL, than these are the laws in place, at the time this individual was not thinking about driving a semi truck or he would have kept his Florida license, so as not to be in the pickle he is in now.

Nothing but a bunch of mega shills with HUGE EGOS over there. They’re like France, very proud of themselves, with very little to actually be proud of.
