Failing to move over ends with 4 dead in Ashland County

 

Or seasonal farm workers from southern neighbor moving to new location.

 

That clip of dash cam doesn't show much b4 the rig is on the shoulder. Unless I'm missing something.

 

It could have been on a blind curve.

It doesn't show much, but what it does, doesn't look good.

 

Obviously not paying attention since he did not bother to get over into the middle lane.

I will say these new flashing lights the copsare using are absolutely blinding once you get close to them.

 

I was first on scene to a rollover on a two lane bridge on a moonless night, immediately after it happened.

Alas the driver of the truck is at fault in the vid. One can clearly see the trooper had is lights on and the driver drove into a parked car with out braking. Driver fatigue?

 

I'm thinking something was going on with the car driver. Who doesn't know to pull onto the shoulder for a cop? They had also been speeding. As for the truck driver, doesn't look good in the video.
