Yes, absolutely, the folks at that particular terminal are totally running the entire company and if you expect to be treated like a human being, well then Chuck U. Farley, you're just gonna have to wait until we get to you.
If you 'forget' about me, it tells me exactly how much my effort is going to be valued at your company. I work for a particularly enormous multinational organization(I'm pretty sure you're familiar with them), and during the entire interview/hiring process, I was NEVER 'forgotten' about.
Sorry, these companies need competent, intelligent professional drivers way more than we need them. If you treat me like a number from the git-go, then go find a guy who Swift fired after a month for running over a busload of nuns, and put him behind the wheel. Let me know how that works out for you in the long run. -
