I drove from Nevada to Cheyenne WY today for the first time since before the pandemic. Just as I was thinking it was strange that there weren't any overturned trucks, I watched a tanker lose control and roll over on a curve a few miles west or Rawlins. Tanker was empty and the driver was fine. Wyoming never disappoints.

It was a hair under 17,000 miles. Around 2400 miles per truck average. Now if I could just get the last two trucks going I’d be around 22,000 miles. I sold my oldest truck (2011) to my Dad last week. Put her out to pasture on farm duty.

It was 85% van and 15% reefer. I’m also a haz carrier for extra insight.

My bad, I edited my post. I have 12 vans and 3 reefers. Technically I have 13 cans but the old 2004 I just keep for old time sake. I am a Haz carrier, probably 30% of the loads we did were haz. In the name of transparency.

Wabash if thats what you meant.

Was that in the one way construction zone? If so, that truck was still there is morning and the heavy iron was there to pull that truck out until the heavy iron got high centered on the shoulder. He backed down for some reason and his drives were in the grass and steers on the pavement.

    SteveScott and D.Tibbitt Thank this.
