LoL well sheet, if that's now open I'm too am geographically challenged!! Sure, I might actually be a Floridian, but for all intents & purposes I'd like, (no require or I'll tattletale on you) for everyone to refer to me by my chosen geographical location of Montana..

I am now a Montanite..? Whatever they're called, now I identify as too.. :p

I did see a tumbleweed blow by right in front of my truck coming east on i70 around Hays, KS. I thought that was the coolest!! I bout blew my gals eardrums out of her head.! TUMBLEWEED!!! I hollered & pointed.. She could've cared less, she went to high school in el Paso for 2yrs or so. I don't get out West much.. lol:D

Nuff said. I'd rather deal with the tropical storm.

Honestly, there has been ONE decent load I keep debating on. Tarped hot tubs, 3 stops. St. Pete, FL finishing in Portland, OR.. Never been, & isn't there some bond or some crap I need to have to enter OR.?

I've shot myself in the foot everytime I go too far west. End up sitting for days, or deadheading east for a whole day..

I'd absolutely love to get my ol clunker up that mountain you are loading them rocks at. Looks beautiful. I'd have guessed they are loading you close to 80k gross, if not a wee bit more..?

Yeah that is the hard part about coming out here is fuel is crazy expensive and oregon u gotta get a special permit because they dont do ifta... and the permit aint cheap either. Ive never been able to get good freight goin out east for a good price... u can make good money out here but u have to stay out here. I got lucky with a great dispatcher, and my company is based here in missoula so we have alot of local stuff out here..

It would probably be even harder for u to get out of here because u cant scale 48k. That is the only crap leaving here going east is heavy and cheap

But yeah i only take 46k off that mountain . Which puts me at 80k.. Couple other drivers they like to play with fire and are pulling 50k+ and working off the montana bridge law. If i could scale all my axles legally , it legal for me to run 86k up here with 5 axles . But u gotta scale out perfectly on all axles.... its impossible with these loads because each rock weighs differently and they are all different sizes and shapes. Its not like were getting paid by the ton either... so id rather not put the extra wear n tear on my trailer and truck...
