I agree with you 100%. If he treats the foreign guys like trash, I wouldn't be surprised if he did it to me too. I have another opportunity in the works, just waiting for it to pick up a bit before making the switch. I've known the boss for about 8 years is the only reason I'm kind of staying. Work hasn't slowed down at all for the last few months with these guys.

Oh that’s easy, just can’t be an illegal as far as I know, but knowing some states grant licenses to illegals they might grant them CDLs too.
Also want to point out I’m Armenian, didn’t say Armenians do it. Not saying they don’t there are some that do, but majority of the drivers I know got it the right way.
as far as bad apples, every color has em. I just tend to protect the ideals this country was founded on towards everyone that complains about it.AModelCat Thanks this. -

@Canadianhauler21
1) Whatever decision you make, the absolute best of luck to you. Both @Chinatown and @LondRanger, along with your friend are correct on one thing: Keep to yourself and just keep on working, doing the best job that you can do.
2) Continue to build up your work history and work record. SAVE all of your pay stubs & W-2 forms, (or whatever the Canadian version is), as PROOF of employment, just in case you need to look for another job.
3) As a precaution to your own well being outside of the job, you may want to STREAMLINE all of your expenses as much as possible, paying off any and all bills and debts, REALLY saving as much emergency money as possible. Also, to the best of your ability, put money away for retirement, if you are not already doing it.
Good luck to you! God bless you and your entire family!
