I see that the PA Turnpike has taken the CV-19 opportunity to go completely electronic billing... either get a PrePass setup or “Toll-by-Plate”... no cash option at all... I bet that will stay that way Post Epidemic.

kind of like this “coin shortage”... taking the opportunity to nudge everyone to use contactless payments and ease them off physical money. Long term savings if there is no need to move heavy coins around.

which I don’t mind as I do like using Apply Pay from my watch... but decreased use of physical cash might be a longer term impact of these interesting times.

 

Every electronic payment you make is tracked and stored by the Consumer protection bureau, do you want the government tracking all your purchases?

I10, I 20, and I12 are much better today than they were back in the 80's. They were complete back breakers in a spring ride cabover. Lol
