Going really well, I have no regrets about jumping over to a O/O. Still getting used to staying out longer. I ran 7/4-7/3 and I was just out 18 days this last cycle.

Sounds like you're keeping busy and staying out of trouble. ;) Take it easy!

Wasn't a personal attack on you or anyone else. As I stated in a statement farther up, I am just venting. Then again everyone around here takes everything someone says even if they are just blowing smoke seriously. I guess it goes to show that you can't please everyone. Also just because I am frustrated with them, isn't a reason to bad mouth me. If I would have been talking about you honestly I would have said Etch you suck. But I didn't. I guess it's not alright to vent either anywhere anymore. Here's a big number 1 to you Etch.

At this point I will never respond to any post or address any thing you say.You really need to grow up and act like a adult. At 28 years old I would expect you to be more mature. Again you blame Roehl but your actions here show that you are just a inmature young man that would in noway be a asset to any company.

I think it was more my work history, then anything, because like I said, I thought it said just trucking jobs. After though I looked it over again when I found out I didn't get hired, I noticed it said any jobs. Again, I thought it said just driving jobs, so it was a mistake on my end. I didn't know it wasn't okay to vent though about things. Oh well. Maybe some of you need to do something to chill out some. Also to you not replying to me, good I'm glad just one more guy I get to prove wrong someday and show up. Hopefully I can find something, but until then, I just gotta wait. Just frustrating a guy trying to better himself, and can't get the chance too you know.

:biggrin_2556::biggrin_25521::biggrin_2552::smt017:dontknow::smt011 um, I always wanted to submit a post that had absolutely no purpose, and this looks like the perfect time.

So, is it me or does Roehl not look like its pronounced "Roll"? :biggrin_255:
    Have a great day!

hey all ..... back to the purpose of this thread ..... I'm alive and well ..... still happy with my choice of going with Roehl .... since I have been reassigned to this truck (#7916 with only 140k miles and an apu) I've been in the shop less ..... the miles have been good averaging between 2700 to 3300 miles a week ..... I'm currently on a run I picked up Fri in St Cloud Mn delivering Mon in Hartford Ct (1387 loaded miles) .... my waiting time between loads has been no more than a couple of hours at most ...... I stay in contact with my manager letting him know when I'll be ready for next load as well as how many hrs I have left after empty for the day ..... the communication seems to work for me and no it's not the canned qualcomm msgs ...... I'm still planning on going o/o in January .... if I wasn't confident of how things are going, I definitely wouldn't be going o/o .....
other Roehl drivers, keep me posted as to how your doing and thanks for the help you've offered both in person when you've seen me and via this thread .... for the most part I've found most of the other Roehl drivers I've talked to are a positive group of people .... yes I've met some negative drivers, but after talking with them for a while, I'm not too sure they'd be happy under any circumstance
to those who didn't go with Roehl whether their decision or Roehl's, good luck to ya and please try to keep your comments directed on your experience with Roehl (the reason I created this thread) there is no reason for the personal attacks I've read ..... thanks

Sounds like you're doing great, especially on mileage. :biggrin_255: I start with Roehl on the 5th, so I'm excited! Quick question: how many miles/year(s) do you have to have in before going the O/O route with them?

    Thanks in advance!
