Should I be worried , this occurred in Illnois

LOL the paper says u got a level 3 inspection and the violations were speeding.

 

So that will be on your psp report and also on your companies CSA score. Doesnt matter if u got a citation or not.

 

There’s no difference as to the points on your license and your companies safety rating. It goes against you and them. The only difference is there is no monetary fine. The Illinois patrol was “nice enough” to give you a warning that cannot be disputed, but no fine to pay. Slow down and drive the speed limit, you won’t have any more issues like this. I’m willing to bet you were on the side of the road longer than the time it would have taken to just drive the speed limit. Driving the speed limit is much less stressful too.

If you are really worried about points on your license....... Follow the rules......quit speeding, quit cheating your logs ( which you are apparently quite proud of) . Just play by the effing rules out here.
